We process orders within 24 hours of when they are received between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays. Depending on the timing of your order and when our fulfillment team begins packing your order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you do wish to cancel an order, please use our Contact Form as soon as possible and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. We can only process cancellations on orders that have not been processed or shipped yet.
We strongly recommend our customers to carefully measure their space before placing an order. Ensuring that the item you select will fit perfectly in your intended area is crucial for your satisfaction. Please take a moment to double-check dimensions and compare them with your available space to avoid any inconvenience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and accurate measurements are key to ensuring the ideal fit for your chosen products.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order due to receiving damaged items, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a replacement or store credit. Please note that this policy applies only in cases of damaged goods; we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of heart reasons. Store credit will be issued minus any to-and-from shipping charges. For all returns, the merchandise must be in its original, perfect condition. We're committed to ensuring you have a great experience with our products.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to accept returns outside our standard policy. For such returns, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied. This fee is to cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item. Please note that all return conditions, including the item being in its original, perfect condition, still apply.
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide store credit on flatware, furniture, antiques, vintage pieces or custom orders unless an item arrives damaged. Additionally, if an item is marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, these items will also be exempt from returns and/or store credit.
Please note that return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In the case the items arrived damaged or it is the incorrect item, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you with a return shipping label.
Please allow one business day for our customer service team to respond to your request. Please remember that returns and replacements will not be honored after 30 days of an order’s delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed after the close of business on any given business day to be shipped out the following business day. Please allow 24 hours for processing.
Once an order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday and can take from 1-4 days to arrive at your location from date of shipment (after order processing). Please kindly note that we are unable to take responsibility for delays due to snow, volatile weather or other unforeseen acts of Mother Nature.
